Welcome to Koiflow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Koiflow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Koiflow. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Koiflow offers monthly and yearly subscription plans through Stripe. Each plan provides a defined number of video processing minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over between billing cycles.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; however, partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by law. Prices and features may change with notice posted on our website.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service in a way that could damage Koiflow’s infrastructure or reputation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

Koiflow owns all intellectual property rights in its software, branding, and infrastructure. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant Koiflow a limited license to process and store it as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koiflow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
